more budget cuts!

We recently received news one of NHHR’s supportive housing program may be cut by $42,500!! Should this cut go through, the program will lose housing units and case management services, two crucial components to keeping families out of the shelter system. Currently, we serve 32 families through this program with another 25 on the waitlist. Our families cannot afford this loss.

In an effort to offset budget cuts and loss of program funds, NHHR will continue to actively fundraise. We ask that you, our friends, continue to participate in our fundraisers, make donations when possible and help to spread the news throughout the community. I also welcome suggestions for ways to raise funding.
